I had a kenalog injection after 7 months of my BBL. Can this create a hole on my buttocks or Reduce the fat? (Photo)

Hello. I had a Brazilian butt lift 7 months ago. I had a kenalog shot today in my buttocks to help with my asthma and I'm worried it could have a negative effect or I can lose fat on that area. Can you please help me by answering if you think this can affect my bbl and if there's anything at this point.
