How can I make the dent in my butt go away? (Photos)

In 2021 I did a lipo 360 and bbl. My butt was perfect until recently, 3/4 weeks ago I fell down the stairs and landed on the edge causing a huge bruise across my butt but it’s now healed and dented. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
