I'm sorry to see this.
There are a few best options:
(1) the scar can be revised. This would require you to still have some looseness of your facial skin.
(2) the scar can be revised another way by bringing the hairline somewhat foreward.
(3) The scar can be lightened with laser treatments to make it less red.

Unfortunately, surgery carries the risks for the subsequent development of stretch marks, dyspigmentation and even tram track stitch marks, all of which can be seen here. Especially if performed between the end of week four and the end of week twelve following their appearance, professionally performed, manual microneedling (no need for the added expense and risks of RF microneedling) accompanied by the application of appropriate Rx redness treating topicals can be quite effective in helping to lighten these scars and to blend them better with the surrounding normal skin.
