What is the best way to treat fine lines for young female without Botox?

Question

Have sensitive skin. Get eczema around eye area, not lately though as i leave off the moisturiser. Have under eye and above eye hollows. Have used strong creams which I think contributed to fine lines. Basic moisturising creams for eczema from pharmacy all flare up my eczema around eye area. Nothing works. The eczema stays away if i dont moistutise area. Need to moisturise to prevent fine lines. Don't know what to do. Advice appreciated.

Juvederm Volite is currently unavailable in U.S. market. However, a popular alternative is Belotero. Belotero is used for fine lines and is used like volite for both plumping and rejuvenating the skin. Much like restylane skin boosters available outside the us.

Under eye hollows can be permanently corrected with surgery or temporarily camouflaged with fillers (Restylane, Belotero, Volbella).There are great non-surgical options to fill in under eye depressions and hollowness. Using dermal fillers, a liquid eye-lift can be performed. A dermal filler such as Restylane would be placed in the cheek and tear trough to hide the depression or bag underneath your eye.
Surgery would require a fat-repositioning lower lid blepharoplasty. In this surgical procedure, fat from the eye area is moved into the tear trough depression filling the actual depression.

I recommend using only medical grade skin care products which will not contain perfumes and dyes which may irritate the skin.  See your dermatologist or aesthetician for product recommendations.  Be sure to use sunscreen every day.

When injected into the skin Botox will relax the muscles and smoothen out the overlying wrinkles. The most common areas of treatment are in the upper face. These include the horizontal lines seen on the upper forehead when one raises the brows, the vertical lines seen between the brows when one frowns (frown lines), and the crow's feet seen around the eyes when one smiles.It is difficult to make an assessment without a formal exam in the office where I can view the skin in multiple angles and observe wrinkles formed with facial expression, without a formal exam where the entire medical history is reviewed, or without photographs . However, I hope the information provided here is useful.Botox works for wrinkles associated for facial expressions. Typical treatments for eczema include moisturizers and steroids. Hi sez760, One of the first things you can do is to see the dermatologist to ascertain the nature of your eczema. One or more ingredients in the moisturizer might be causing your eczema.
