Removed too much skin during upper eyelid surgery (Photo)

Hi I had upper eyelid surgery about 7 years ago. During surgery surgeon removed too much skin and so I can't close my eye completely. Also the scar looks terrible too. I'm asian, and saw a lot of koreans got upper eyelid surgery without any scar. If you can help me please let me know. I prefer Chicago and LA area surgeons thank you
