I appreciate your question.I perform a liposuction breast lift that removes tissue from the areas you don't want such as near the armpit and the lower portion hanging near your stomach. Once I use this to shape the breast I then remove the skin to tighten the breast and create a better shape with nice cleavage. Since I perform this less invasively the recovery time is faster. The size would depend on the proportion with your body versus going for a cup size.It takes 6 weeks to heal and I wait 12 months before any scar revision. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic plastic surgery. Best of luck! Dr. SchwartzBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon#RealSelf100Surgeon#RealSelfCORESurgeon
Providing that you are in a good helth breast lift is very safe, predictable, painless and lifestyle changing surgery. The only problem I have with your plan is doing it out of the country because of decreased costs? Beside difficulties with travel and prolonged stay, what happens if you develop complications and/or if you are not happy with result? Whom are you going to see? Revision surgery may cost your more then original surgery. Your should start with a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in breast surgery to discuss your options. Good luck.
It certainly is possible and safe to have a breast lift at the age of 70 and the results, depending on your tissues and the surgical skin of the practitioner, can be very good. Physiologic age is much more important than chronological age as there are many who are 70 and are healthier than people who are younger than 60.
Your age is not a limiting factor for breast lifting surgery, although good health is. I would ask that medical clearance be obtained from your primary physician. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to determine whether you are a good candidate for breast lifting surgery. I would avoid "travel to Asia". Best wishes.
I appreciate your question. I would recommend that you discuss this question with your surgeon as every surgeon has their own respective post op protocol for his/her patients. Your surgeon is your best resource as he/she is most familiar with your medical history and how you are healing ...
Great question! Microneedling is an excellent treatment to improve the appearance of scars. The micro-needles cause new collagen and elastin to be deposited, new capillaries to be formed, and new skin cells to be created. I would advise waiting 4-6 months before starting your Microneedling tre...
At the stage of recovery that you are in your incisions look appropriate. There are many scar products out to help to optimize the appearance of your surgical scars. Stay out of the sun and do not do any tanning on your breast lift scars . I hope this answers your question...
