My revision septorhinplasty is 7 months ago. Reason was again deviated septum and supratip fullness (soft tissue). Unfortunately the relevant supratip region is again slightly konvex (swollen). To manage swelling and try to prevent manifesting scar tissue, I try to tape the nose as much as possible. Does the slight tape-pressure on the nose bridge harm the septum, causing another deviation?

Hello! Thank you for your question. From the photos your nose looks crooked and it looks like the graft on the tip mooved. It is showing too much and I am pretty sure it is very hard tip. I recommend you a revision surgery, you will most probably need a cartilage reconstruction.Best regards!
