I have a very round face and no defined jawline. My face looks even rounder when I smile, which I really dislike. I’ve had friends recommend filler, buccal fat removal, and even chin lipo but I’m not sure which will help me get a slimmer face with more defined cheekbones/jaw. Which would give me the best results?
