Is Tixel safe and effective for treating fine lines under eyes?

Question

I'm very interested in receiving Tixel treatments to treat fine lines on my under eye area. The treatment sounds extremely promising as it claims to offer results similar to a CO2 laser but without the associated risks and downtime. I am not an ideal candidate for CO2 laser so am excited by this potential treatment option. I am, however, concerned by the lack of reviews. The few people who have submitted reviews online say it has thinned their eyelid skin. Any input would be much appreciated.

Thank you for the post. Eye rejuvenation is best addressed with a multimodal approach. Fractional ablative lasers can be very useful at tightening the skin, removing fine lines and stimulating collagen production. Combination with microneedling, PRP and fillers can augment and sustain results. A combination approach will give the most improvement. Lasers with fillers and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery.
