Tempsure Envi is a great device that helps to minimize facial line, wrinkles and tightens the skin. I would advise getting a consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist to determine what would be the best treatment for you in particular. A combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with skin tightening for the face. I recommend J Plasma, lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, Co2), microneedling/prp, ultherapy and rf treatments to get the best outcomes. Best, Dr. Emer

Hello Maria,  Thank you for your question.  TempSure Envi is a wonderful non-surgical treatment to help your skin rebuild collagen naturally, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and tightening the skin.  TempSure is effective and rebuilds collagen in the first 30 days.  There is no purpose in getting TempSure 3x in one month (as some doctor's offices are promoting).  You should be doing it 1x per month over the next 5-6 months for best results.  It is a treatment with no downtime and no pain.  It feels like a hot stone massage.  The treatment lasts anywhere between 30-45 minutes for the face.  The TempSure envi machine only turns on when the skin is at the proper treatment temperature unlike other RF treatments.

Thanks for your question.  TempSure Envi and Pelleve (the older version) are great non-invasive treatments that is safe around your eyes.  Bulk RF heating causes some of the existing collagen to collapse, stimulating your body to generate new replacement collagen.  This is not a laser so it is safe for all skin types and can be done safely year round.  It feels like a warm rock massage.  THERE IS ABSOLULTEY NO DOWNTIME.  Almost all of the other options have down time, some very significant.  Collagen building takes 90 to 120 days to see the results, so be patient.  We recommend 1 treatment per decade.  In your 30's, we would suggest a series of 3 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart.  You will continue to build collagen for up to 6 months after the last treatment and the collagen lasts 10 - 15 years.  Best of luck.
