I’m considering Tempsure for sagging arm skin and wrinkly neck skin. How do you all feel about Tempsure?

Temspure uses radiofrequency for skin tightening and is effective, but a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement for skin tightening. I recommend J Plasma, lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, Co2), microneedling/prp, ultherapy and rf treatments to get the best outcomes for the face. For the arms, skin tightening can be done with a combination of Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis, Celllutone/Zwave. However for best results, an arm lift can be combined with a high definition procedure at the same time, depending on skin laxity. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like a VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and Fat Grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. Tempsure does not work. I have owned a machine for over a year. Most patients can hardly tell results after three treatments at $600 each. If you have that much to spend, go to plastic surgery.

TempSure Envi is a very good option for skin tightening. While I have only had the device in my practice for a couple months, the results, particularly for the neck area, have been impressive. We are just starting to treat patients on the body for areas such as the arms and stomach, often times combining it with SculpSure to target both fat reduction and skin tightening. The neck can be a particularly hard area to treat. We typically combine TempSure Envi with other devices, such as the PicoSure, for neck rejuvenation. Our patients are truly loving the results of this procedure!
