Would a submental chin reduction help me?

dissatisfied92
I had an advancement sliding genioplasty 2 years ago. On my right side (photo left), the chin is heavier and veers outwards, and on my left side (photo right), I have a visible step-off making it look weak. I would like to trim my heavier side a little bit, and perhaps augment the step-off side with filler. Is my proposed result possible? How much would I need to take off? Also, can the step-off be filled in surgery?
