Very worried cause of earlier mistakes and botoxspread... Had botox in glabellar, eyebrow, forehead about 72 h ago. I exercised today, intervals very high pulse, Will it spread now?! Normally very careful but i read everywhere that its fine to workout even after 24h. But did i go to extreme with intervals?
