Is there a risk for my Botox to spread after interval-running after 72 hours?

I tell my patients to take the night off from doing strenuous exercise. The next day they’re free to do whatever they want.  I have not seen Botox spread after the first night, so you’re safe to do whatever you want the next day 

I have not seen Botox "spread" 72 hours after an injection.  I usually recommend patients not do any rigorous activities on the day of the treatment only but allow for unrestricted activities the next day.  You should be fine.  Remember the Botox takes 3-5 days for it to work.

Generally, Botox has completely ‘bonded’ after 2 days following an injection.  Assuming the Botox was properly injected, you should have nothing to worry about

I typically tell my patients 24 hours and haven’t had any major issues that I’m aware of. you should be safe 

I usually recommend by patients avoid heavy exercise for 24 hours after Botox treatment. At 72 hours, the Botox is already where it needs to be. You don't need to worry about spread at this point. 

Botox is a wonderful and beloved treatment. No scientific study that I am aware of has ever shown a negative effect of running after a Botox treatment - not in 30 years of its use in clinical medicine.I do recommend my patients wait 4 hours after Botox prior to any workout. The real key to a good outcome is choosing an excellent board-certified, MD with facial anatomy training to perform your Botox or fillers, and avoid "deals," nurses, and non-doctor aids. The next key is having a proper budget to spend on the correct amount of products that will give your face the best outcome. Best wishes!
