Hyaluronidase should remove hyaluronic acid fillers. Combining it with external standard ultrasound can be helpful. Microneedling with RF (Radio frequency) or Morpheous 8 is the pinnacle in skin care! You get go as deep as 4 mm and really change the texture of your skin. The answer is no, RF will not dissolve filler. I recently published an article regarding this in Dermatol. Surgery. The reason is because the filler is stable, even if exposed to high temperatures for over 10 minutes. RF will only heat the skin for less than 0.8-0.3 seconds. Dr Davin S. Lim
