I have restylane refyne. I tried hyaluronidase, buckets, but I cannot dissolve it. It is making my skin sag. If I used microneedling rf at 2mm deep ( which should be where subcutaneous filler is) could it theoretically can get rid of filler while making my skin tighter? Would it affect my fat at 2 mm deep in the lower face ( near chin, jaw, nasolabial ).
