What can be done to restore the volume lost in my forehead after a steroid shot and Restylane? (photos)

Asked for a small amount of cortisone in my cyst because I had a trip coming up. Not only did the cyst not go away. Clearly the pimple is still there but now I’m left with a dent in my forehead. Please help!! Went to one doctor he did restylane but that lasted for 2 days 3 tops. I’m using a cream my dermatologist gave me, but that will take a while to work. What else can I do?!
