Your appearance can definitely be improved. The areolae can be elevated to take away some loose skin.  If you have indents, fat injections may help.  The exact plan can not be determined until you are examined.

It's usually suggested to wait 6 to 12 months depending on the reason for a #revision and it's still early in your healing. The ideal technique best for you is difficult to determine online by photos alone. There are several methods used which depend upon the patient’s breast or chest #size before surgery. Considerations include the #laxity of skin, the #size of the #areola, the amount of #fat and recent weight #gain or weight #loss. 
The most common procedures include the #periareola, #buttonhole, #double incision, and #anchor patterns. I often use #liposuction along with the double #incision for larger breasts, and, some variation for smaller breasts; depending upon the position of the areola. The female breast nipple and #areola are often centered on the breast. However, the nipple and areola are lower and closer to the outside edge of the #pectoralis muscle in the male patient. Shaping the side of the chest may also be required and can be performed with #suctioning; along with contouring of the muscle, as noted above, to provide the best definition for the chest. A board-certified plastic surgeon with specialization is such breast procedures will #confirm the technique best suited for your revision during an in-person evaluation.

Finding a surgeon who specializes in transgender top surgery is the most important thing to do moving forward.  The plan for revising your surgery must be developed based on very careful analysis of your anatomy and goals.  There is hope however for a better outcome.

There are ways to improve your chest.  I would most likely use a peri aereola approach to tighten up the skin of your chest area.  You would have a this incision around your aereola.  It is discrete and effective.

It seems that the periareolar approach is the flaw in the surgery that you had. It has left you with excess chest skin and a nipple position that is below the pectoral muscle.Repostion of the nipples, most likely with a free nipple graft technique, will provide most of the improvement that you are looking for, while careful small amounts of skin removal will help to eliminate the folding up of skin that is seen when you hunch over forward.Look for a plastic surgeon that is well-versed in FTM top surgery.I hope this helps.

Hi pgzm,Thanks for the post and pics. There is definitely room for improvement. Areolar lifting with some skin tightening can be performed in addition to fat grafting techniques in areas of dents.
