Is it safe to use Red LED Light therapy during pregnancy?

I would like to know if it’s safe to use a red led device during pregnancy. I have the lightstim device for wrinkles and I would use it for my face only but I’m 6weeks pregnant and I don’t want to have any complications with my baby. My obgyn dr said that it has not been tested so he doesn’t know. I want to use it.

NO led is helpful post surgery and we have all of our patietns use at home LED and in office hyperbaric oxygen (see link).  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for your question, I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. For rosacea, I like a combination approach, using lasers (ProYellow, Pulsed Dye/Vbeam, Excel V), peels and botox to the cheeks. This makes dramatic changes in color and symptoms. See an expert. ...
