Which treatment gets the best results at facial skin tightening and building collagen, radio frequency, high frequency, or LED? I read that some lasers can cause unwanted damage to the facial fat layer - which treatment is least likely to do this? Are any of the at home devices worthwhile (if used consistently) If so, are they strong enough to also cause damage to the fat layer? What depth of penetration is considered safe? What do I need to look out for that could potentially cause damage?
