I have gential herpes and I have androgentic alopecia I am on the second month of prp and im still shedding. Can me having gential herpes affect my prp and make the treatment not be as effective?

This should not have an effect.  The research performed and the anecdotal evidence would suggest that 
thickness of hair and density can improve with PRP injections.  The 
number of sessions as well as the quality of PRP obtained will vary 
considerably physician to physician.

There is not interaction between the Herpes and PRP. This is your second month doing PRP, give it some time to work, also Androgenic alopecia can be caused by a variety of factors.
PRP  has shown to increase the caliber of the miniaturized hairs which creates a fuller look. You may want to get full assessment and possibly add other treatments. 
 I would recommend voicing your concerns to the physician treating you.
