I had Precision Tx almost 2 years ago and have a lopsided smile now. For the first 3-4 months the right side of my mouth couldn't smile at all. Now I can smile but it's lopsided and it seems like I'm using accessory muscles instead because I get a weird bulge in my neck and my lower lip droops when I try to isolate smiling on the right side. Will this ever go away? Can it be repaired?
