Had Precision TX done 5 months ago, and was left with a lot of loose skin. What can I do?

I see no results at all, the loose skin under my chin is worse. Can they go back in to get the rest of the loose skin they didn't get? Or is it too soon? How long do I have to wait. Thank You Very Upset….

I suggest you see a body contouring/liposuction specialist to evaluate you.  Most of my patient get botox/dysport treatments on their neck along with radiofrequency skin tightening post liposuction/precision.  This give much better results.  You may need surgery at this point but without photos we cannot help much.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Precision Tx is an excellent option for the younger patient with little fat and mildly lax skin in the neck.
Some patients have lax platysma muscles which can be improved with Botox injections.  For those seeking more long term and reliable results tightening of these muscles through a small incision beneath the chin is  accomplished by a minor office procedure under local anesthesia. For patients with significant amounts of loose skin a surgical neck lift is the most reliable options to achieve desired results.
Once a patient has failed various treatment modalities the most reliable approach is the most conservative one.
Please consult in person with an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon prior to making treatment decisions.
