I can only comment with personal knowledge on the PicoWay Resolve. But I can say that using it on ethnic skin has far surpassed my expectations and results from other machines. It's safer and more controlled, and has a better outcome. I can also comment that I do know only one physician in the U.S. with both of these technologies present in his office today. And he says that he prefers the PicoWay system in almost all regards for treatments over the Picosure.
