Can I have threads placed through the philtrum vertically for a non surgical lip lift effect? (photo)

I have a long philtrum. I know threads can be placed on vermillion border for a lip flip but I want more tooth show and support the upper lip. Can I have threads placed through the philtrum vertically (from lip up to nose) for a non surgical lip lift effect?

Your platysma bands will probably not respond to a thread lift, but a no incision Ellevate procedure (preferably with "trampoline") should work. I'd consider tightening things with facetite also.

Hi there, it is not recommended to do a nose thread lift after a open rhinoplasty, as there is a risk of introducing bacteria that will infect the implant you can speak to your surgeon about a revision rhinoplasty

It has been shown that any sort of tread lift does not create needed result and, in particular, does not last longer than 6-12 months. Any serious plastic surgeon with experience in facial lifting will tell you similar story. Combined with Botox, it only make more nonsense. Good luck.
