Thank you for your question and photo. A non- surgical lip lift with threads will not hold or create a desirable lift. You are a good candidate for a "bullhorn" lip lift procedure. This is done under local anesthesia with a nerve block and the scar is hidden within the nostrils and laterally in the alar groove. This will give you long term desirable results.
