Your pictures show a tip that is widened. Usually the tip can be refined and narrowed through rhinoplasty, which alters the shape of the cartilage. A filler would not be able to make the nose look smaller. It is very important to see a surgeon that specializes in rhinoplasty to get the best results. As for the lips, a filler is usually the best place to start. Bigger lips won't necessarily make the nose look smaller, it just complements it.
A well done rhinoplasty will take care of your nasal problems, you need to be seen in person and have a full internal and external nasal evaluation and then discuss with the plastic surgeon what would be best. Your lips look normal and do not need a filler. Also fillers for the nose only work for very minor problems.
There are only frontal views and complete comments cannot be made on the structure. It appears your nasal tip needs to be narrowed and possibly the fat removed from the undersurface of the skin. The cartilages would need to be narrowed with a combination of trimming and suturing to a new contour. The dorsum appears to be slightly thin and would need to be widened in the middle vault. Filler in the upper lateral lip to expose more of the mucosa would balance the lips.
With only the frontal view and a cut off photos, I can only guess that you are concerned about the tip that is somewhat bulbous. This can be addressed with a tip rhinoplasty.
Hi, from the attached photos the nasal tip is quite wide which can be refined and thinned using a partial Rhinoplasty called a Tip-plasty. The lower lip appears full but the upper lip is quite thin. Dermal filler to the upper lip would increase the size and volume. Hope this helps and please share this answer with your parents, especially if you are under 18 years of age.
Hi Grace,Thanks for the question.I can see the tip of you nose which is certainly bulbous and need to be reduced in size.Your upper lip is thin that can have a filler for temporary results or a fat graft for a more permanent result or a silicone lip implant.I am sure you have some board certified plastic surgeon in your vicinity.wish you all the best.
I can only see part of your nose in your photos, but it does appear large for your face. The tip is very thick. Your upper lip is small and could benefit from fillers. This will not make your nose look smaller. You appear to be a good candidate for Rhinoplasty surgery. Consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is highly experienced for an in person exam. Best wishes!
Fortunately for you, many different variations of rhinoplasty are possible depending on what your goals are. I generally prefer to maintain some of the individual features of the nose while making changes that will improve the overall harmony and aesthetic of the nose. I would...
Each individual face has an ideal shape and proportion. Ariana Grande is a petite woman with a heart shaped face. Her nose is straight with average tip definition, but this works very well on her face and directs our attention to her eyes which are undoubtedly her best asset....
Dear darkok, It is not uncommon to have mobile nasal bone fragments. These can be small fragments or larger trap door fragment. If it is very early post-operatively the nasal bones can’t be manipulated until there is some relative bony union and stability. Early on following removal of the c...
