What can I do with my big nose? Nose Surgery or filler? Also, my lips are very small, can filling lips looks nose smaller? thank you
Answer: Rhinoplasty can give a nice improvement... Your pictures show a tip that is widened. Usually the tip can be refined and narrowed through rhinoplasty, which alters the shape of the cartilage. A filler would not be able to make the nose look smaller. It is very important to see a surgeon that specializes in rhinoplasty to get the best results. As for the lips, a filler is usually the best place to start. Bigger lips won't necessarily make the nose look smaller, it just complements it.

Answer: Big nose A well done rhinoplasty will take care of your nasal problems, you need to be seen in person and have a full internal and external nasal evaluation and then discuss with the plastic surgeon what would be best. Your lips look normal and do not need a filler. Also fillers for the nose only work for very minor problems.

Answer: Rhinoplasty question There are only frontal views and complete comments cannot be made on the structure. It appears your nasal tip needs to be narrowed and possibly the fat removed from the undersurface of the skin. The cartilages would need to be narrowed with a combination of trimming and suturing to a new contour.The dorsum appears to be slightly thin and would need to be widened in the middle vault. Filler in the upper lateral lip to expose more of the mucosa would balance the lips.

Answer: Nose issue With only the frontal view and a cut off photos, I can only guess that you are concerned about the tip that is somewhat bulbous. This can be addressed with a tip rhinoplasty.

The lower lip appears full but the upper lip is quite thin. Dermal filler to the upper lip would increase the size and volume.
