Mild Rosacea redness: OmniLux Revive (Red LED) vs Gentlewaves (Yellow LED) which one would reduce redness and calm the skin?

I would like to avoid VBeam and IPL because there is a risk of inducing an outbreak of cold sores in addition to other risks. OmniLux Revive (Red LED) and Gentlewaves (Yellow LED) seem like they could be helpful. Do they carry the same risks as VBeam and IPL of inducing cold sores. The manufactures claim that they’re both non-thermal. Although OmniLux does produce a mild warmth. Would either reduce redness? Can they calm or reduce sensitivity overall?
