I had a rhinoplasty a year ago for a deviated septum and both medial and lateral osteotomies were performed. Problem is that nose was naturally deviated and looked better prior. These left the middle bones of my nose raised too high and nose now also too wide. Can these be reversed so that my nose returns to it's original state (height and width) so that it can be basically laid lower closer down on face? These procedures also caused my tip to droop and turn down and spreader grafts were used.

A long nose is often the result of a droopy tip, so elevating the tip will make the nose look shorter. This is best accomplished under general anesthesia so that the tip can be properly fixated to the septum or a cartilage graft. A properly fixated tip will not change position over time.
