How long should I wait after my hair transplant surgery to use hair products on my hair? (photo)

Question

Can i use almond oil and castor oil if not what do you recommend? It will be 2 months on December 1st since my hair transplant surgery.. I would like to use hair products to help promote more hair growth. I've decided to grow my hair out naturally after my surgery instead of using the minoxidil 2% which my doctor recommended. That's just something I don't want to do longterm. Will it take longer to see results if I don't use the minoxidil?

After 10 days, typically there is nothing you can do to damage the new hair other than a sunburn during the first 90 days.I totally understand the work that is involved in applying Rogaine twice daily, however if you do not do something to prevent future hair from falling out, you will be chasing hair transplants for the rest of your life.There is a device called Capillus 272 that is easy and mobile to use and has no side effects. Do some research on this product.

Always follow up with your doctor and ask your doctor about post operative instructions.  Castor oil does not grow hair.

It will be best to visit your doctor and ask him personally what oil can be used. However, application of almond oil with just provide conditioning to your hair and not cause hair growth.

you can use whatever you want that you have used before. At this point in time, nothing will stop the new hair from growing.
