Are my lips too big?

Question

Are they disporportionate with the rest of my face? I've been told my lips are too feminine and big for asian men. Please give me a thorough analysis of my face to explain how lips reduction could benefit me

Hi there,
Unfortunately there is no way to reduce lip size without a surgical reduction. There are other ways to help balance out the appearance of the lips, such as a chin implant or forehead reduction.
If you are considering a lip reduction it is a common procedure and can be reduced in an office setting.  It is done usually under local anesthesia and patients are made quite comfortable.  The sutures are placed on the inside portion of the lip to help conceal a scar.  Final results are between 3-6 months. hungc1.   Physical examination would help, but your photos demonstrate that your lips are full, and not overly large, in my opinion. The shape is quite good as well. If the size truly bothers you, lip reduction may be an option. Be certain to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon.  Good luck!
