145, 5'9, 25 years old. I've always been bigger here but it seems to be getting worse, more dimples, chubby knees, etc. I exercise regularly and eat well/maybe not enough. Looking for answers :)

The saddle bags you have are simply a genetic condition and no exercise or dieting will help. In my opinion, your best approach is to have liposuction by a reputable plastic surgeon. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery
