CoolSculpting or Emsculpt for arms?

CoolSculpting can reduce fat in the arms. Normally, two treatment sessions are needed to obtain the best results and I would say that the treatment is not at all painful. EmSculpt is a muscle toning treatment, so this would not primarily be focused on fat reduction.

If you have small problem areas you can use non invasive methods like Coolsculpting with Vanquish or trusculpt iD to get small areas of fat reduced. Hello Maria, To answer your question, I advise you to get the coolsculpting. Coolsculpting will help you eliminate unwanted fat with the fat freezing method. Emsculpt is a very powerful machine that can help to strengthen your muscles by contracting them involuntarily. You can expect some fat reduction with the emsculpt treatment, but if your main goal is to remove the fat cells, I will go with the coolsculpting.
