Had IPL test spot done on sunspot. Spot looks same. Will I see results 2nd treatment?

Subcision and TCA cross are also used for deep ice pick scars and narrow valley scars in order to improve the micro texture. I have two IPL/BBL systems going all the time and love them.  If you are treating specific sun spots and not interested in a full face treatment or do not need a full face treatment, there are better systems out there to 'paint out' sun spots, specifically any Q-switched 755/1064 laser or the Excel V.  

Test spots are done to see the effectiveness of the treatment on your skin type and/or the specific sun spot. Fair skinned patients can treat with IPL. IPL treatments normally require 3-4 treatments one month apart. If you have more resistant spots you can follow with a light setting on the pixel CO2 laser.  Sun spots on Dark skin should be treated with caution with IPL.
