Interested in clinical studies: breast implants & brazilian butt lift. What are some trial websites or sponsors I can research?

Are there other website listings posted elsewhere or direct Sponsor websites I can research for upcoming or recruiting trials? Would it be advisable to go out of the USA for trials? Or should I wait since I live in NYC -assuming more opportunity trials. How frequent are plastic surgery trials being offered b/c each are long durations? Like to know my options financially w/ going this route and if there are other resources to lower my costs? Thx
