Cosmetic Surgery is interesting in that it is done by some of the most highly trained and skilled surgeons we have in the country, but the studies are very few. This is because it is a cash business and no company is invested to the the point of needing or even desiring studies or participates. Also, believe it or not, not paying for surgery would likely decrease the satisfaction with it. There is an interested phenomena in plastic surgery, where the higher a price you pay for the surgery, often the more satisfied you are with even marginal results. Every plastic surgeons knows this but few have spoken or studied this.

A quick web search can provide information about US plastic surgery clinics that perform clinical trials, and you can always reach out to them to learn more about the work they are doing and their study participant needs. I would highly recommend against participating in clinical trials outside of the US. These trials are not subject to FDA regulations and other established safety guidelines that American researchers must legally follow. Going elsewhere could put your health at risk.
