Infiniti or Fractional Laser for skin rejuvenation?

Doing Ulthera with Infini doesn't make sense. They both create coagulation zones beneath the surface of the skin and don't affect the epidermal pigment. I find that the Infini is superior to Ulthera because it gives more coagulation zones, targets the dermis more effectively than Ulthera, and is significantly less expensive. The skin surface can be treated with a fractional laser simultaneously and is most beneficial when done this way. Collagen stimulation is maximized this way. I don't think the downtime is extended by more than a day or so if done on the same day.

Agree with Dr Weiner, I do not combine INFINI with Ultherapy, as both target collagen and the layers BENEATH the skin, if you have poor skin texture and skin and tone, then sure, a combination of fractional lasers and Ultherapy or Infini RF is the best. A good specialist will individualise treatments based upon your skin condition and skin types. Dr Davin Lim
