It is very difficult to add vertical height and sometimes the more you try the worse it gets. With a high smile line it is very difficult. You can get a restoration with gum tissue. I do recommend a custom shading with the lab technician. This is not easy but is your best chance to manage a compromised condition. Hope this helps.
