Had a bone graft and 2 connective tissue grafts but sadly I didn't obtain the vertical length needed for my implant. I have a gummy smile and am worried the final crown placement is going to look too long. I know my dentists did the best they could with the outcome thus far but am trying to figure out the next course of action. Is there a single tooth crown fitted with pink porcelain option? Would it be worth it to go back again and redo the implant and grafting to get the ideal vertical length?

Hi:You might simply need a professional cleaning. It's best to go to your dentist to evaluate the area. You should continue to floss the area in the meanwhile.Best,Dr. Maddahi
