I had my implants removed, but 4 years later I still feel pain under my arms on the outside sides of my breasts. Why?

I'm sorry to hear of the pain you are experiencing.  To answer your question a thorough examination and discussion with your surgeon is required.  Further testing may also be indicated.  Any response at this time would be speculation as more information is needed.
