I feel down the steps about 1 month ago and I have a huge bump on my left buttock and what seems like a dent under it. I need a plastic surgeon who will look at it and tell me what I need. I got a bbl about 7 years ago and I feeling very insecure. my doctor wont refer mw to get an ultrasound and see if it can be aspirated. I just need guidance

Hematomas usually resolve on their own by a month. Residual lumps may be areas of scar tissue, fat necrosis, or encapsulated old blood. It is unlikely at this point that something can be aspirated, but an ultrasound can still be useful to determine what is in there and if it can be cut out. You may consider going to another surgeon or your primary care physician who can order imaging studies to evaluate your lump. Hope this helps!
