I have a empress bridge in my upper front mouth the abutment is in on both sides but the middle tooth got knocked out. I have the tooth missing from the bridge. Its in perfect condition I hope it can be fixed without having to buy new bridge

Answer: Need a new bridge Unfortunately your pontic tooth (middle tooth) can not be bonded to the abutments with anything that would be strong enough to hold it long term. Porcelain is baked in the oven at high temperature and therefor can not be repaired adequately in the mouth. If the abutments are in good shape you may want to consider an implant to replace the missing tooth if esthetics permit. I would recommend seeing a dentist soon. At minimum a new bridge made with a zirconium base would be recommended. Hope this helps
