I've had a dental bridge for 5 years without issue. I brush and floss daily and my dental exams have all been well. I had my teeth cleaned about a month ago and the hygienist was a bit rough. The skin above my dental bridge is becoming sensitive/painful and bleeds a lot when I brush. The bridge is not an implant but rather has crowns on either side Could the cleaning have damaged something?
