Got a 33% gly peel on my face, now notice that I have tiny bumps that you can't even see all over my face. Is this normal?

The peel was 33% gly acid. I got it done on Friday as well as a lot of deep extractions. I didnt notice the bumps until saturday, because I noticed there was what looked like a raised scratch on my cheek but the skin wasnt broken. The bumps and scratch are still there three days later. the bumps dont itch, and you cant even see them without really looking. basically my skin feels very rough and is covered with tiny tiny bumps. This was my first peel :/

Depends on the depth of peel. Sun protection is paramount. At least 24 hours no exercise and strict sunscreen use.
