I have always been self conscious about the square shape of my lower jaw. I had a consultation with an plastic surgeon who said I would be a good candidate but warned me of some risks. I am especially worried about the potential sagging/premature aging/ and double chin appearance that he said could occur. I am worried because I have also had buccal fat removed 6 months ago, and and concerned that this in combination would v line would result in too much volume loss and give me sagging skin
