Hello, I was wondering if I'm a good candidate for a hair transplant. I have a widow's peak with receding hair and was wondering if it is possible to lower my hairline to give it a more aesthetic appearance. Thank you!

Answer: Potential candidate Depending on the donor area, but generally your hair looks in good shape and healthy so you are a potential candidate for hair transplant. The filling will be mostly in the V shaping areas joining with a fair line of grafts with one hair follicles to give it the natural look, going far the grafts will be 2 or 3 hair follicles to give it more density. Advisable technique: DHI, Direct hair implantation

Answer: Hairline lowering Having a widow's peak gives you the appearance of a low hairline from the midfrontal point. Your hairline could be lowered at the frontotemporal points where most of the recession is occuring.
