Are successful hair transplant results possible with Crohn's disease?

My hair loss started 9 Years ago, with 17 years. My doctor said it is the result of genetic hair loss. 4 Years later I got the result that I have Crohn's disease. So my question is, can I undergo a hair transplant without any problems? Will the Crohn affect the result?
