(Please note, this was not a hair transplant!) I was under twilight for 5 hrs for facelift. 2 mos later hair is noticeably thinner. Increased shedding in the last 2 mos not noticed, but like 1st facelift 15 mos ago, texture grew thinner and regrowth less as if shocked into dormancy. Can twilight anesthesia cause follicle dormancy and thinning? My loss/thinning began w/TE age 50; I had massive head of thick hair. I'm now 54 with much thin regrowth and higher than typical shedding. Loss is diffuse. AGA isn't clinically apparent; and no history.
