I have recently been to a clinic using Fotona StarWalker MaQX and they told me that this is picosecond laser. Yet I did a bit research myself online and starting to doubt that they provided misleading information. I just want to make sure that the laser I am having is the genuine picosecond laser rather than some other laser which probably does the same job if that makes sense. Could any experts here please clarify for me? Thank you very much.

Absolutely, your dermatologist will know how to deal with this. Straight after AFO or equilivent steroid ointment for 1-4 days, depending on the severity of eczema. Straight forward aftercare if its done by a specialist. Dr Davin Lim
