Can I fix a low body scar after a lift? (Photo)

Question

I'll happy with my body lift but not happy about where the scar hits. It shows with almost any bathing suit I wear and seems way too low. Any suggestions on correction, either surgical or non-surgical?

If there are any elevated scar areas, these can be flattened with the use of intralesional anti-inflammatory injections after which the superficial color and texture irregularities can be addressed with professioally performed  conventional microneedling (no need for expensive RF microneedling) accompanied by the application of topical medications to address the reddish discoloration and improve  the surface texture of the scar. Make sure that you consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Be wary of recommendations for expensive fraxel lasers or RF devices as the hard science support the use of the true value of these "bells and whistles" lags woefully behind the heavy marketing to promote them.
