I had an enlarged pore in the middle of my forehead that was removed via punch excision. Long story short, not only did the enlarged pore return, my skin did not heal correctly and is atrophic in the place the pore was removed - there is a visible dent and additional enlarged pores in that area. I started micro needling and have done 2 out of 3 sessions so far, but it does not feel like it will give me the result I need. I honestly think some type of mini facelift would help but I am not sure.
