I am 55 years old and am exchanging my 14 year old 350cc saline Mentor moderate profile implants for Mentor High Profile silicone implants. I am trying to decide on 425ccs or 450ccs. I am 5'3" and weigh 103 lbs. and am very athletic and quite narrow. Wondering what to do. Will this be too much for my size? My current breast size is a 34 full C or very small D. Also, will the narrower diameter of the HP implant make a noticeable difference in the space between my breasts (which is wide to begin with).
