The heat from the Trusculpt device used to destroy fat cells does not travel deep enough to have any effect on the lining of the uterus.
The TRUSCULPT ID uses monopolar radiofrequency to heat the deep fat. The energy dissipates after leaving the fat. The muscle layer of the abdomen is not heated and the uterus sits under this muscle. Just out of principle, I would not recommend treatment if endometriosis is flairing...However, TRUSCULPT ID can be done once the endometriosis is controlled/not flairing.
The trusculpt ID should not penetrate deep enough to impact your Uterus, unless you have NO lower abdominal fat, but in that case you wouldn't be looking to use the Trusculpt ID. So it will not affect your uterine lining and make you bleed.
Under most circumstances, mesh does not involve implanting metal such as staples. Just like a microwave, would not want to treat over metal implants. However, typically metal not used in hernia repair.
There are a bunch of treatment options out there but the Jowls are a hard place to get a good treatment. For an easy and noninvasive treatment look into the INMODE Evoke, no downtime and a quick and easy process.
