Is Dermapen with vitamin or HA safe for dark skin?

I'm trying dermapen for stretch marks and depressed acne scars as well as dark spots, I was wondering how safe it really is for you to puncture your skin with dermapen and apply any kind of acid afterwards or even during the process. Dark skin is more prone to hiper-pigmentation so I just want to know.

Depending on the vehicle of the active ingredient VIt C, EGF, HA and PRP are all safe. Vitamin A tends to be more irritating. I usually tell my patients to place vitamin A 3-5 days after - when skin is completely healed up. This gives less chance of irritation. Dr Davin S. Lim

No harm trying, best used in combination with PRP. You can try Dermapen alone at home, but be careful. For reliable por size reduction specialist often use microneedling with energy such as RF with the Endymed or Infini RF systems, and combine this with PRP. All the best, Dr Davin S. Lim....
