Microneedling can definetely improve your chicken pox scars but it wont erase them completely. It may require a series of treatments for that improvement to happen but patients are  happy with their results.

Thank you for the excellent question.  Usually a combination approach provides the best outcome for the type of scars that you're talking about.  Microneedling(Dermapen is a device which does this) in combination with subcision and +/- long term fillers generally provide excellent results.  Choose a properly trained and experienced provider for the best outcome.
